We offer a variety of online Qur’an courses for learners of all levels, from absolute beginners aged 7 and above to advanced learners and adults. We deliver all our sessions using Google Meet. Our sessions are delivered by experienced and qualified teachers and classes are restricted to four students per teacher allowing sessions to be more personalised and engaging.
Beginners to Qur'an
Beginner learners start from learning the Arabic letters from the points of articulation and progress through the Qa'ida with application of Tajweed.
Intermediate Learners
Learners completed Qa'ida and have progressed to Juz 'Amma. Focus will be to improve Qur'an recitation with tajweed and memorise surahs from Juzz 'Amma.
Advanced Learners
Learners are confident in reciting Juz 'Amma and have memorised surahs from Juz 'Amma. Focus will be to further improve Qur'an recitation with tajweed and memorise Qur'an as part of a Hifz programme.
Adult Learners
Professional adults who want to either obtain an ijazat in tilawat al-Qur'an (recitation by looking) or hifz al-Qur'an; or want to improve Qur'an recitation with tajweed and wish to complete khatam of Qur'an recitation.
All students at Edullect Madrasa (except adults) will be required to complete the “Essential Islamic Knowledge” curriculum. This curriculum focuses on how to perform Wudu, daily Salaah, Jumu’ah and Eid Salaahs, memorising the key Testimonies of Faith, Tasbeehat for salaah, and Dua’s, understanding their meanings, and learning essential Islamic etiquettes.
At Edullect Madrasa, our comprehensive Qur’an course invites both learners and their families to participate in our Islamic Science curriculum, held every Friday during the second session. This curriculum encompasses a broad range of subjects, including Aqeedah, Fiqh of the Five Pillars of Islam, Hadith, Qur’anic Sciences, Tajweed, Seerah, and Stories of the Prophets. These enriching sessions are conducted by three knowledgeable and experienced teachers, each specialising in different areas of Islamic sciences.
For our female students, we offer a dedicated short curriculum that addresses issues specific to women, taught by a qualified ‘Alimah. These sessions are designed to be engaging and informative, encouraging active participation and questions from learners.
